Hi everyone,

Is it okay for powerapps to connect in a sharepoint list with a 1 million records? or it's not suitable ?

I know it has a limit of 2000 records and it's okay for me, but can a search function runs okay with 1 million records sharepoint list?

Will the speed of loading records still remains?

Actually the 1 million records is in sql database, and we are planning to migrate it to sharepoint list.
Is it better that I connect it to sql server on-prem to powerapps rather than migrating it to sharepoint list then connect the list to powerapps?

If sql is better, can I connect to our sql server on prem for free without some payments?

Note: I am using Sharepoint Online
