Grouping parsed data

Hello,

I want to begin processing email orders automatically. Currently we rewrite email orders by hand and process them onto pick sheets.

My initial plan was to use a mail parser to extract the data to a OneNote document with the customer name and items ordered. Ideally, I'd want the page as full as possible, with orders going across the page and down from left to right in rows

Our orders are then sorted into groups that are defined geographically, about a 90% similarity from day to day. This task is currently done manually, and we would like to automate it. Is this a possibility with Flow?

    Hi MiaFoods,

specificlly with OneNote it is a bit of an issue to update an existing document

but if you replace it with excel which also sounds like the best options for you

it is very easy because you have an aciton add row into a table.

so if the parsing part is not the issue and the email comes in a template then you can run a trigger incoming email.

parse it with condition and add rows to excel with the data you want

    Hi @MiaFoods ,

You could consider saving the data from the received email to excel table or sharepoint list.

Please take a try to achieve your requirements with microsoft flow and it could be easy and convenient.

You could refer to link below to learn more about the microsoft flow:

    Best regards,
