I have 4 SharePoint lists. I need to create a tab for each list and need to have a filter on the top of the form in powerapps. If the filter is option1 , then display tab1 and tab2 and if the filter is option 2 then display tabs 2, 3, 4 and 5. Please send screenshots for this.

If all the forms needs to be on the same screen. There may not be enough space for that.

I get the attached error when I try to set the label names properties of the horizontal gallery.

Items=Table({ID=1,label:"Employee"},{ID=2,label:"salary"})
Text= ThisItem.Label
Also when I set the Items property the number of buttons in the gallery reduce to 1 from 4

HorizontalGallery...
