MS Power Automate, web browser automation flow sharing is not possible for free version.

MS PA flow sharing is not offered for a free version but there is a work around to copy all the flows to a text, sending it over to another free user for them to paste into their PA environment.
However, for web browser automation flows, it looks like all the UI element that the flow interacts with needs to be reconfigured since it's in a different environment even though we all use the same browser, same PA version, and the same flow code.
We don't mind switching to premium version but I'm worried that this issue is going to remain and all the users that have the flow shared needs to reconfigure every single UI element again.
Does anyone know if this is true or if sharing is going to be dramatically easier?

    Hi @min27241

You can easily share the flow once you go for 'Attended RPA' plan. Here is the link that contains detailed steps for sharing flows:

Manage desktop flows - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

Sharing of flows is possible within an environment but if you want to import to another environment or from dev to QA/prod then I would suggest to follow ALM practice by creating solutions and add all the related desktops flow in that. Perform the export/import operation to move the solution from one environment to another.

Here is the link to explore more on solutions:

Overview of solution-aware flows - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

Final thought, if you are planning to run desktop flows in unattended mode then you have to purchase additional 'unattended RPA add-on' as per your need.

If this helps & solves your query, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

Hello @ManishSolanki , thank you for your response. What's an ALM practice? Could you kindly touch on the part that I'm worried about?

Restructuring my web automation flow depending on the user from step 1 to the end for each and every UI element is what I'm worried about.

As an example, the 'Accept as Solution' button can be defined in my flow so that PA interacts with it, but from another user's desktop, the same flow won't work because the 'Accept as Solution' button (UI element) was defined from my desktop.

If this is going to be the same even if paid, I don't see much of a reason to move.

    Thank you!
