It sounds like there is an issue with your Send an email action. Please post a screen shot of you Flow in design/edit mode with as much detail as possible. Those who would like to assist will need to see that.
What we really need to see in order to assist is a screen shot of your Flow in edit/design view. Please expand the actions so that we can see how the actions are configured.
Sorry - let me be more clear. We need to see the Flow in the mode where you can make changes. Your screen shots show the Flow after a run. See my screen shots below that you you 2 ways to get to the screens that we need to see. Please expand each action so that the configuration can also be seen.
