Error Message - ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded

WE have been using a flow to send teams' messages to users using a power automated bot. Recently its showed an error while performing its task. As it sent a total of 108 teams messages using this flow. Now it's giving random error with the name "Error Message - ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded".
