PA - RPA for support teams

Dear community, does anyone have experience with automation of scripts used by IT and other support teams when resolving queries once connected to other users computers? We would like to automate these processes, they are quite standardised but we do not know how this could work when support team works remotely connected, executing tasks on the devices of other users. Does every user then need to have a power automate license? Thanks in advance for any recommendations and advices!
