Fair warning, I am VERY new to Flow.
We have a client that, on a daily basis, sends us a daily sales report and z-tape reports from their POS system that we then enter into Quickbooks. They run this report from the POS system, and upload it to a shared dropbox folder via an "auto-sync" process of some sort on their side.
However, recently, their auto-sync process has been failing, and we will go out to the DropBox folder, ready to enter a week's worth of daily sales from the files, only to find the DropBox folder empty. I would LOVE to set up a flow that would email the client to notify them to check their sync process when we go, say, two days without receiving anything from them.
What is the best way to approach this?
