Update a row with condition

Hello,

could you please help me to find a solution for my flow?

I'm trying to update a row with validation. So if a specific row return a specific value, it must be changed by another.

first step condition: check on each cell of Status column if it's Resolved (data validation list in Excel)

if yes: change the status to Closed for each one:

but not working, flow failed.

Thanks!

    Hi @LoDurbano ,

I test it in my side , the issue is in the "key Column" and "key Value" in your "Update a row" action. We can't use Status as our key column, we need to find an ID column with a unique row as our key column here, so that Power Automate can know which row to modify.

    This is my test table:

So i configure the  "Update a row" like this:

Then we can run this flow successfully. The result is as follows:

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky

    Thanks a lot @v-xiaochen-msft!

i tried with a new small table and it's working fine.

With mine, i have same errors. So i create new one with same columns.

    error is :

Some cells changed. Maybe there is a limit for the flow?

    My table contains 50 rows.

    Thanks,

@v-xiaochen-msft  ok i found my issue... Value in the first column (ID) is mandatory.

    now it's working fine 😉

    Thank you
