Flow stops when Planner assigns a task to a (group) email

Hi,

I've built a simply onboarding workflow, just using the planner to create and assign new tasks as soon as the previous task is completed.

This just works fine until I want to assign a group email to a task. I think this has something to do with AD? What properties does an email need to have to be used as an assignee in the planner? How can I fix it? Or is it only possible to use individual email addresses?

hi @nlz-crtl will work only for individual emails.

Hi @ChristianAbata, thanks for the reply! For clarification; the group HR has an email called hr@work.com. If I try to assign a task to hr@work.com the flow fails. So I need to assign it to nlz@work.com ? Isn't there a way to make it work?
