I want to be able to move items from one sharepoint list to another, however only items that are from 2019.
How can i write a condition that will only move items with 2019 in the date column?

If you are using the Get Items from Sharepoint action you could use a filter based on the date for example
Thanks, this filter has worked.
When i added a Create Item connector, and added dynamic content to the column headers, it put this part in an apply to each. When i ran the flow, it found 135 items and started creating 135 items for each item in my first list.
Any suggestions?
Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you have got so far
It may have something to do with the list name in the create item action
