Is there a way, where we can check whether the file is password protected or not using flow?

it's doable with the Plumsail Documents connector for Power Automate. There is an action 'Get information about PDF protection'. https://plumsail.com/docs/documents/v1.x/flow/actions/document-processing.html#get-pdf-protection-information
Note: Plumsail Documents is a paid solution, but you can try it for free.
