How to email out

Hi, I built  for my college  to help students and leads.
I try to to get my copilot ( Called EduDuck)  to send an email to our admission with questions it cannot answered (using the fallback section).
I got him to collect information with variable, now how to create the email with the answer to send out, do I use an action, if so which one?

    If you have multiple pieces of information to include in the Body, you can concatenate them into a variable and then assign that variable to the Body. Please see the example below:

    @Umianta  I found it after I posted, now the struggle
    I try to  collect all information from  previous questions to email it out, but the body of the email can only take one variable ( send an email notfication v3)
