Business Central - Replicate records in other companies upon record creation

Hello,

 

I'm trying to get the subject line flow to work with Business Central - specifically whenever Customers and GL Accounts are created, I want them duplicated in other companies. Has anyone seen an example of this flow built elsewhere? I am having issues with errors in mine and I'm unsure why.
