Hello,
Does anyone know any updated information on v2.18 ( referenced here Re: 2.17 | Excel - launching sheet from SP locatio... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com) )? The flow I have that opens a sharepoint stored Excel workbook is still broken.

Currently only members who are part of the Insider Review Program are having 2.18 as the latest version.
We will have to wait/keep a watch till it is publicly released.

Coincidentally, I replied to you on this yesterday and today I received a popup on PAD asking to update to v2.18.
Hope you see it soon.
