Flow not working, status completed Outlook attachment to FTP folder

Goodday,

 

We are getting stuck with our flow..

 

We made a flow that whenever a specific sender sends us a e-mail with attachment that the file will be send with FTP to our fileserver.

We can see in our output that the e-mail has a attachment, but the attachment is empty.

 

When we look to our FTP server we also dont see a login try.

 

Anyone that can help us?

    hi @Bart21  could you share an screanshot showing what do you have inside FTP action but replacing the private data?

    Hi @Bart21 ,

     

    It seems that you are using the Flow template to create a flow. Please consider creating a new flow from a blank based on the current configuration.

     

    Then set both Include Attachments and Only with Attachments of When a new email arrives (V3) to Yes.

     

    Please take a try and feel free to let us know if the issue still exists.

    I tried the V3 version but did not succeed.

    Hi @Bart21 ,

     

    Please note that only files added through Attach file can be obtained in Flow.

     

    If it is an "attached item", then we cannot get this attachment.

     

    Can you show us the output of the trigger body in the new flow?
