Hi Guys, I am trying to copy a multiple person field to a text field in the same sharepoint list. I have put in the trigger as when an item is created or modified and then variable array using

When I test this, I only get the one email address in the AssignedTo field in Sharepoint

How can I copy all the email addresses that are in the person field into a text field

    Hello @iKettle ,

please outside the Apply to each loop, add a "Compose" action putting the "varAssignedTo" variable like below:

You'll see al the added emails.

    Hi @iKettle

you're looking at only the first iteration of it from Apply_to_each.

Below Appluy_to_each use compose action and set the variable VarAssignedTo as input.

Now, once the flow run completes you can see the output in compose action where there should be two email id's in array as per the format defined.

    Thanks

Hi Shujaath, thanks for the help, yes I added the compose and it does collect multiple emails - The only thing I have an issue with now, is how to I remove the [] and "" from the output? All I want as the output is the email address without the "" and a comma as a separator, which is there already

    Hi @iKettle

below existing compose, add another compose and pass out of first compose output to below

and write this in expression tab.

    join(outputs_of_compose,",")

    Thanks
