@Srini007 said it very much depends on the body of the email. This solution assumes the body of the email contains an HTML table and uses Power Automate cloud flow no Desktop.

Email with simple HTML table of made-up fruit info ...
Trigger and first three actions ...
Apply to each loop to convert HTML rows to something usable, 5 actions in the loop ...
Prepare row with fields for Excel, 3 actions with Apply to Each ...
For testing and learning I created an Excel file with a Table and the column headings to match, for this next action ...
