Can I filter email either in retrieve or process actions based on a specific Date or Date Range?
Unfortunately, the email actions are missing a date filter so you can only process through the resulting list and check the date per message. Might be quite slow for a large list of messages. You could send a large list to a cloud flow for faster filtering (array) or run a regular expression on an extract (converted to text) or write to Excel to do the filtering.

Cloud flows has a date filter for Outlook/Exchange but is missing an IMAP connector.
