Is Microsoft 365 E3 Unattended License required to run excel and outlook automation in Hosted RPA

I have 1 Power automate Hosted RPA license, 1 power automate premium license and 1 Microsoft 365 E3 Unattended License.

My desktop flow open excel -> paste data -> copy data -> run macro -> vlookup.
Additionally, it also opens outlook to sends an email.

My question is do I need an Microsoft 365 E3 Unattended License to do excel and outlook automation in Hosted rpa remove desktop?

Please download the latest Microsoft Power Platform Licensing and check Power Automate Hosted RPA add-on section.
