Get Files (Properties Only) Failing

I have created a flow that sends an email to multiple customers that has their associated files attached to their email. This flow was running smoothly until recently when it started to fail. The first part of the flow that get files properties seems to fail and I can not figure out why. I get the error message below:
Action 'Get_file_content' failed: File not found clientRequestId: f235f819-99cb-4790-b893-d1ad07f4d5ff serviceRequestId: 4d6a5da1-e066-6000-bcc7-9024d8693b18
Nothing else has changed for this flow. Any help is appreciated.
