I’m currently working with Power Automate and DocuSign to send and track contract envelopes.
- I have a flow in Power Automate that successfully sends documents for signing via DocuSign.
- I also have a second flow with the trigger “When an envelope status changes (V3)” set to
envelope-completedto automatically save the signed contracts.
The issue is that this second flow never triggers. I receive the following error: "This Account lacks sufficient permissions. Connect not enabled for account."
However, I have already:
- Confirmed that my account has Admin privileges in DocuSign (I can access the Admin panel).
- Deleted and recreated the DocuSign connection in Power Automate.
- Verified that the connection shows as active and is correctly linked to my account.
Despite this, the trigger still fails to recognize the completed envelopes.
Question:
- Do I need any additional permissions (such as API access or Connect configuration) even though I am an Admin?
- Is there any additional step to ensure the DocuSign connector can listen to envelope events?
Any guidance or best practices to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
