Create a Cloud flow to refresh an Excel table that gets external data from multiple files in a folder

Hi

I'm very new to Power Automate and am trying to create a flow that will refresh a table in excel that gets and combines data from multiple files in an external folder.

I've looked through the threads here and can't seem to find a solution. I've tried creating a script in Excel to refresh all connections however this doesn't refresh the table.

Thanks in Advance

    Hi @ColmMarshall2 ,

You can do this exactly as you described with Dataflows.  Dataflows is nearly identical, maybe more powerful than PowerQuery but will allow you to get multiple data sources, combine them, cleanup, and create a single table that is refreshed on a schedule or when another action occurs.

If you have used PowerQuery before, you will love Dataflows.

Dataflows lives in PowerApps and is located here.

Lastly, there is a trigger for Dataflows too.  With this trigger, as an example, when your data is refreshed, you can do other actions such as emailing new refreshed data, etc, etd.

If this was helpful, please mark as a solution.
