How to call Microsoft Speech service in PAD

1. I have a python file. It calls Microsoft Speech service to recognize local .mp4 file. The file works correct in my local computer.

2. I create a PAD flow and use "Run DOS command" action to call the python file. It fails. Below is the error:

Any suggest for the issue?

    is there a reason not to use the ‘Run Python script’ instead?

     

    Please provide more details of the action parameters you’ve set.

    the file uses Moviepy module. "Run Python script" doesn't support the module. The code is a little longer. It fails when calling Microsoft Speech service in PAD through "Run DOS command". Any suggestion?

    Can you test if a batch script that starts your python script shows the same problem? If not then you can try to run this batch script instead in “Run DOS command”. 

     

    Example for executing python script in a batch file:

    c:\python27\python.exe c:\somescript.py %*
