Moving a custom Power app form from a SPO list

Hi All,
I have a list with a custom PA form on the list.
I migrated the list with Sharegate to the new site, without the custom form, since moving the custom form does not work in the new site.
 
I opened the original list and went to Integrate/power Apps/customize forms and downloaded the form locally to my PC.  
I renamed the .msapp to .zip and extracted all to a folder so I can modify the Manifest.json file, but there is no file in the zip.
 
Can someone please tell me how to modify the data so I can import it to my new site and have the custom form work?

    You need to export the form and re-import the form into the new site.

    The easiest way is to do a simple copy and paste as per this blog of mine. It refers to Canvas/Integrated, but the same process works on two Integrated.
