Hello everyone,
I'm having difficulty setting up a workflow that involves ticket creation. After opening each ticket, I want to capture its number and save it in the Excel column designated for ticket numbers.
I would like to know how I can achieve this, considering that each generated ticket has a unique number. My plan is to save these numbers using the field ID.
