Hi, not been able to find a solution to this and while I'm worried that it's so simple I'm missing something obvious....

I'm looking to trigger on the completion of a Todoist task. Where it asks for the project, I want to it look at all projects. I tried a wildcard but that broke it. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this?

Thanks

Richard

    Hi @rcopeh,

    Thanks for your understanding.

You may consider submitting a request for this feature at Flow ideas Forum, hope it might be taken into consideration in the future releases:

    Hi,

Many thanks for your helpful answer. I am actually looking to trigger on the closure of individual tasks in 'any project' but i suspect your answer addresses this as well.

Appreciate you taking the time to answer my query 🙂 Thanks

    Hi @rcopeh,

Are you trying to trigger the flow when all the projects under your Todoist completed?

When using the trigger “When a task is completed”, we are asked to specify a unique identifier of the project. Then only when the tasks under the specific project completed, can the flow be triggered.

So currently we are not able to look at all projects using one flow. If you need to achieve that, I am afraid that you may need to create several flows for each project to monitor the tasks.

Hope this could be a reference for you.

    Best regards,
