I'm trying to figure out options to produce reports for the portal from a powerapps online model-driven app.

Powerbi embedded seems to allow everyone with portal access to view the report. If I secure the page with a certain role will portal users still be able to access the powerbi report link somehow? How can I truly secure a report or the records that a user can access through powerbi (i.e. not just appending a filter to the powerbi link)?
Can I generate and attach ssrs reports in powerapps online? I feel I've done this for old on-prem solutions, but not sure about online.
Can I generate an excel template with all the records I need and attach it to a note or sharepoint location?
