The last couple of days Publish to Teams in Project Oakdale is working only occasionally.
9 times out of 10, when I Save and then Publish to Teams, it shows the initial screen; when selecting 'Next' it flashes the Publishing busy popup, then goes to a blank popup.

I have occasionally seen a messages saying that the app can't be found, but don't have an image for that captured.
Any help appreciated.
