Convert Date/Time field in DB to different format in email to be distributed to end users

Hi,

I am trying to convert a DB field (Start Date) to be visible in a more user friendly format. I have tried the convert date/time action as per the screenshot attached

I then try to add the converted Date/Time to my email which is in the next step below and it is unable to be selected.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks

Can you post another screen shot of your Flow that includes the email action?

    Sure here it is.

The expectation was that I would be able to add this from the Dynamic values area into my email.

    Hi @mattyn07 ,

Could you please share a full screenshot of the configuration of your flow?

I have made a test on my side and the Converted Time dynamic content is able to be selected when send the email.

    Best regards,

    Alice

All good I figured it out it needed to be in the same action.

I added this step prior to the action to send the email which was causing me issues obviously.

Thanks for taking the time to look into my issue.
