Hello,

Im trying to separate the output of the column . Can somebody help on this?

Im getting the output from the MS Form and they select different option from diff question and record it to 1 column in Sharepoint list. Do you have an idea if how can i deal on this

I'm sorry I am not following you. Please try to restate it differently.

What Column? From the Form? From a SharePoint Column where you wrote data and are querying it????

Getting it from where???? SharePoint because they wrote it already or from the MS Forms Action where a Response is Submitted???

Are you saying there is an Option on the Form, and they are selecting which one they want on the Form???

Do what, I haven't seen a single question except for this and its not a clear question

Hello,

My question is, how can I separate the output from the MS Form? I'm getting the output, but it is separated with "" and []. I just want to get in different line for example this is my form, the responder select all the option I want to record the respond to one column only and it is separated to each.

2nd question is I tried to use the select but it has an error, if the responds is null, it is error. Can you also help me. I also want this to reflect in 1 column but i dont know what code I need? Do I need to use the select function

this is my flow, i want to record a response from MS Form and I want that the Tech Doc, Reg Doc, Reg Com and Doc Ctrl to be recorded in 1 column in SharePoint (they are separated so that I can use them to tabulate in Power BI) unfortunately I can't find a tutorial on this. Thank you.
