Get data from sharepoint, Filter and attach with email and send

Hi Team,

I have requirements.

I need to get data from sharepoint applying filter ( status = Active"). Once we get this need to filter it against users 1 by 1 (Column UserID) and send them email with their filter data in excel attached.
