PVA Bot not responding in Teams

I created a bot and pointed it to a sharepoint site for generative content. It tests okay, no problems, no errors. I published the bot to teams. When I add it in teams it does not respond to any input and returns no answers, not even the rephrase prompt. Any idea where to start looking?

Hello @geofbirchall , Are you using read user entire response node to read user question, Please provide a screenshot of PVA flow to assist further.

HI @ManikandanS i have made no customisations to the default topics. I created a sharepoint site where I consolidated the material the bot should use for generative AI. I tested the bot within the web.powerva.microsoft.com interface and it greeted me and retrieved the correct answers from the sharepoint material. The problem I face is that after publishing to Teams the bot is silent and does not respond. Should I be doing more for the setup than what I have?

I corrected the silence issue by changing the app registration in Azure to multitenant but the bot continues to fail to retrieve an answer as seen in the screenshots above

Okay I resolved that error by setting up the teams authentication. I still have my original problem of the teams bot not providing generative answers. The test bot works as it should.

@geofbirchall After you get answer from generative answer, try adding message node and to show the answer to user. I feel this is missing, i may not correct also. But please try this option and see it resolves the issue.

@ManikandanS thanks for responding. I moved the bot to a SharePoint widget and it is answering generative answers. Its just in Teams that it is silent.
