Hello everyone,

I have requirement to send email notifications to country POC based on the name of the country.

for now, I am able to create a SharePoint list and added three columns (1: Country (dropdown): input receives from the users while filling a form, Based on the name of the country selected by user it should match country name from 2: Country 1 (dropdown) and trigger an email to 3. country POC). I am falling to compare the country 1 and country POC name and sending email notification.

note: Country 1 and country POC email ID are pre populated in the SharePoint list. Kindly guide me if i can achieve this facility using power automate or suggest any other solution.

Referring to following eg; if user A selected New Zealand in the SharePoint form, automation facility to review and compare backend New zealand in another column and send a email notification to ABCxyz.com

@jaggu_44  Use trigger When a new item is created then you can use condition action for comparing country name. After that use send email action.

For introduction-Send an email when a new item is created or modified in a SharePoint list | Microsoft Docs

Hi Hardesh, Thanks for sharing your response, I tried this its not working as expected. I have different email IDs for each country and email IDs. As a first step country comparison is working and after that matching email ID with country POC column is not working.
