I can use Power Automate to create a team, and the API to generate tabs say for a SharePoint list, but I can't seem to easily auto select the list to be used.

    Hi Splotchy0541,

I'm trying to understand exactly what you are trying to do. You have created a new Team. You want to add a Tab in that Team that is linked to a SharePoint List.

I am going to assume you are doing something like what is described in this YouTube video:
Power Automate - Create SharePoint Tab in Teams Channel.

It uses a POST to the Graph API to create a tab in a Teams Channel.

Does the SP List already exist or are you creating it as part of this flow?

If the list already exists, then you are going to need the List ID. You can get the List ID from the List Name by using the "Send an HTTP request to SharePoint".

Hopefully that gets you moving in the right direction. Please share any further details you have if I missed the mark on what you are trying to do.
