Workflow taking too long

Hi Community!

A workflow I created a few weeks ago has suddenly started performing very poorly. The "Apply to Each" shown below took 19 minutes, but the components of that took 12 seconds. A few weeks ago this process was completing in seconds.

Does anybody know what might be causing this delay?

@tomsutherlanduk apply to each with variables inside it, affects performance of the flow, also you have another apply to each inside apply to each, keep apply to each action as simple as possible.

Hi @annajhaveri, thank you for your feedback. Why would this have started happening in the last couple of days, but took seconds before? I believe both the nested apply to each, and the variable operation are necessary for this solution.

I've run a report on the task and can see that it's the "Create File" that's holding things up. This is a 10mb PSD file.

@tomsutherlanduk has the data increased that is processed by Apply to each, or is the file size large ?
