import excel and be prompted to choose a excel file

I need to Create an Automate Flow.

 

I'm looking for a way to import an excel worksheet(table1). into a collection.

 

However, I want the  user to be prompted for an excel file.? once the flow is started.

Can't seem to find any specific videos or examples.
