Good morning, everyone.

I’m looking to update an excel file automatically with power automate cloud and I don’t know if it’s possible.
The goal is to automatically every morning make as if I click on the button (refresh all) in order to update my charts and pivot tables.
Do you know if it’s possible? Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,

    HI,

Yes you can and there are loads of examples. Can you share some of the searches you tried to do?

You would create a Scheduled Flow to run every morning

Then have that flow update the data in the Excel.

since I have no idea what your structure is or any other details, the answer is yes
but your Excel data must have an Excel Table around it for the Cloud to CRUD the data.

once you have a table, you can trigger every day.
Then loop through the data and make your changes using the proper actions
Delete a Row in a Table
Add a Row in a Table
Update a Row in a Table

    Good morning @FLMike,

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I do have a table in my file but it is linked to a query. In order to update this query and all PivotTables, I have "refresh everything" every morning.
So I wonder if it is possible to automate this with power automate.

    Cordially
