Power Automate + Excel (Reminder Emails 14 days 7 days before due)

Hi Team,

I'm trying to create a flow (like everyone else) which links to my excel file. I've been reading but don't quite understand which would be a better method. My flow seems weird though. Here's my question:

My incomplete current Flow:

The email i was just testing it out. Apparently the false section send me 21 emails because of the excel have 21 lines of data.

I have issue with the True portion.

I have a Return By date (which sometimes can be NA if not needed. Date format dd-mmm-yyyy. Timezone Singapore) which I want the flow to track the Return By date and send an email on the 14th day before the Return By & one more 7 days before. After sending the email for 14 days, update a row in Return Reminder Sent to be 'Sent14' and after sending the 7 days before Return By email, update a row changing from Sent14 to Sent.

I got stuck a few places though.

Recurrence:

Second condition i left it blank. Third condition, im not sure what to put.

1. Is this the best way to do it? I see some threads people are using Get Items. I don't understand and not sure how I can do it. Not a programmer.

2. For the above example, what can I write there? Or should I scrap everything and redo with another type of flow experts here recommend? Share please.

3. I've attached a sample of my excel file as well.

Thank you guys!
