Can i allow certain users to view the flow history + ability to resubmit a flow inside our automate flow

As an admin i created 2 flows:-

1) Scheduled flow which runs on schedule basis.

2) Instant flow which is called from the Scheduled flow

now the Schedule flow will send emails to the Project Manager for him to approve/reject a request. now in-case the Project manager reject the request, he/she will update the sharepoint list and we need the project manager to be able to re-run the flow again, but we do not want him to be a co-worker because we do not want him to modify the flow ,, so what we can do? can we grant the project manager Execute-Only like permission on the scheduled flow, so they can manually run the scheduled flow?

    Hi @johnjohn123

To allow the user to run the flow but cannot edit or modify the flow, you could grant the user the run-only permissions.

However, the run-only permissions can be granted for instant flows (such as a button or an item being selected). If you provide a user with run-only permissions, the user can run the flow but not view the run history.

Here is the official doc that represents the limitation and management of run-only permissions:

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

    Sylvia
