Retrieve a specific item from a SharePoint list.

I have a Sharepoint list and I would like to set up a flow to update an item from the list when a response to a MS Form is detected. So the flow I have set up is Get response from Form--Get response details--Get Items (from SharePoint list)--Filter Array to find a specific item based on the form response--Update Item.

The flow worked, except it updates all the items in my list rather than just the intended item.  I suspect this is because that Filter Array doesn't work, but I don't know what is wrong with it.

What is the correct way to build this flow?

It's hard to offer any recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. If you are using the new designer, toggle it off and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.

Can you clarify if you have defined a Filter Query in the Get Items action? If so, you'll need to troubleshoot your filter query as it doesn't sound like your items are being filtered. If you are using a Filter Array action, the same applies. If you can define a Filter Query in the Get Items action, the Filter Array action isn't required.
The reason your flow is updating all the items in your list is that the item you are trying to filter out isn't being filtered.

Did you know that the Condition action has a limit of 10 conditions? Although it might look like the Filter Array action can only accept one condition—this is not true. By using the advanced mode you can enter multiple conditions into a Filter Array action with an expression.
