Hi Guys,

me again i hope you guys can help i am trying to generate random unique numbers based on the forms response.

Forms Questions ask the below

Question 1: How Many?

Option 1: 1

Option 2: 3

Option 3: 10

based on the above answer i generate random set of numbers examples

option 1: 10010

option 2: 10010,10020,10534

i intend to record to a SharePoint list

any help is appreciated
