So, this app is hosted on a Sharepoint page. Unfortunately,  the problem is currently happening with two users, whenever they try to enter the sharepoint page, the app appears with this message and only tells the id. I tried to remove and reset both the user permissions, but even that did not have any effect

    Have you shared the App with the two users from PowerApps Portal?

    Yes, the app is currently shared with both of them. Also, in the sharepoint page where it is hosted, their permissions are as visitor. We tried changing browser, opening incognito mode, but that did not seem to fix the problem
