Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

This is a new issue for me.. I have created a custom form in powerapps to be used in place of the standard sharepoint list form. It has been created, saved, and published to the list, and the standard form is still the one pulling up when I create a new list item. When I clear cache, it works great.. but only the first time after I clear the cache. From then on, it's back to the standard list form.

Any ideas??

I do also have 2 other lists on the same sharepoint site where their respective custom powerapps forms are working just fine. It's only this one in particular that is not cooperating.
