Dear Power Automate community,
I am trying to create a flow that will email groups of 3 people from a table in excel.
I have created a flow which is a form to collect the emails into a table and then a second flow that will email the people in the list.
But I need to send the email to groups of 3 people down the entire length of the table.
The email will be exactly the same it is just to place people into random groups of 3
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can achieve this?
Dear C,
To create randomly groups of 3 people I would suggest something like the steps below ... this is just off the top of my head.
Key in the above is the assignment of the random number and the sorting by this number.
