Is it possible to update a user's profile in ServiceNow based whether their email address is found in an Excel sheet?

Let's say there is a list of email addresses for members in the IT department. In ServiceNow user profile, there is a checkbox for this. I'd like to create a Power Automate query that checks this "IT Member" checkbox if their email address is listed in the Excel sheet.

 

Is that technically possible to do?
