I am re-creating our Performance Evaluations in a SharePoint library. Organized by Manager folders first and then their employee sub-folders within.
I need a recurring flow that will send an e-mail reminder to each manager (with links to their employees folders), who have an evaluation due next month. If I route the Flow to read each employee's hire date, can I get it to just read the month? Or would it be best to just have a separate column for their "Review Month"? If so, how should it be formatted? Numerical or text?
I did add a People column to incorporate each Manager's profile for each employee folder as well. Thinking this may be needed within the Flow.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
