Variable selector not working on Window UI Element

I'm attempting to get the text value of a cell in grid UI element of an application

If I create a selector for that UI element and use it works fine, when I use a varaible selector it cant find it.

I've created one varaible selector thats driven from a incremental row number and a static one for comparison

Heres my grid of data im trying to get

My varaible selector

My static selector

My Automation with failed output

I've tried feeding in just a number to the selector, the full name, using contains and the number but nothing seems to find it.

I'm stumped, any ideas?

Are you using Power Fx enabled flow? If so then variables are not supported yet in web selectors.
Make new flow and don't check the "Power Fx enabled (Preview)"

Thanks eetuRobo. Yes I ticked that (first itme using power automate) as i figured I wanted all the new features.

There was a niggle at one point when I wondered if that was the issue.
