Split an Excel file based on a column into different files and send them by email

Hi all,

I've a heavy Excel file (+500 000 rows) and based on the Manager's column, I need to split it by the name of the manager and send the corresponding information individually by email to each one.

Something like this:

I tried different solutions but it takes a long time to complete the process.

Any idea to speed this up?

I think you need to look into the step "Get Rows (Excel Business Online)" and then filter by each manager. Use ODATA filter to filter by each manager (Manager_Name eq 'John Smith') and then "Apply to Each" so that it sends an email for each row on the spreadsheet

Since the Power Automate + Excel solution took too long to complete, I developed a Python script. It takes seconds to complete.

My idea now is to combine the Python script with the email sending step in Power Automator.
