I had create a flow using Power Automate that needs to publish approvers' comments onto a SharePoint list. However, due to the presence of multiple approvers, a lot of new rows are being added when publishing the comments. What method can I use to avoid creating so many new rows and instead add more columns?

Hi,
You can create one list item and combine all the comments with concat function. If it isnt clear for you please ask.

hi,

I dont know your alphabet but here is my solution

Send approvals
get items for sp list
What I do here is
if there is a already comment in the approval with get items I will combine old comment with new ones. function is
concat(outputs('Compose'),outputs('Compose_3'))
compose is for earlier comments on the cell
compose3 for outputs of responses.

Hello，
My intention is to gather all the approvers' comments into a single column once the approval flow has ended. You mentioned updating all the combined comments into an item. Could you please clarify what the input for the "Compose" action under "if yes" in your process is?

This actualy does what you needed. If yes, this means you have one submitter already find the response and with compose you are combinining new output to old one.
